Delicious Appetizer

I hope you all had a peaceful Thanksgiving.  I had a wonderful time with great friends and great food! I wanted to share a recipe for an appetizer my friend made yesterday. Date Stuffed Appetizers

1/2 lb dates
Blue Cheese
Prosciutto

Take a date, stuff with blue cheese and wrap with Prosciutto.  Bake in 350 oven for about ten minutes.  Place a toothpick in each one, and serve.

I had about six of them!  I could not stop!  The perfect amount of sweet, salty and strong flavor.

My kids and I are going to see the Muppet Movie today!  We cannot wait!  I will let you know how it is.
